How Our Return Policy Works
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of package delivery. To qualify for a refund or size exchange:
- Items must be unworn, in original new condition, with all tags attached.
- Jewellery must be packaged in its original signature gift box and pouch.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation number or email) must be provided.
Easy 3-Step Return Process
Email our Sydney team at support@elleryandgrace.com with your Order Number and item you wish to return or exchange.
We will review your request and send your Return Authorisation (RMA) instructions and closest return depot details within 24 hours.
Once your package arrives and is verified, your refund is issued immediately back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay).
Damaged, Defective or Tarnish Claims
All Ellery & Grace pieces are crafted with premium 316L Stainless Steel and heavy 18K PVD Gold plating, covered by our 1-Year Tarnish-Free Guarantee. If your item experiences any defect, colour change, or arrives damaged in transit, please notify us immediately with a quick photo. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you, or process a full refund.
